How does this work? First, let’s start off with a free consultation. After that we’ll schedule 1-2 follow up’s each month to check in on your progress and see what’s working and what’s not. Depending on your needs, I’ll check in throughout the week via email, phone or text to see how things are going and provide some encouragement.
