March Fitness Streak day 13 is completed. I’m such a night owl. Hopefully I can get through this post without falling asleep more than usual. Today was a marathon training day. It called for 4 easy miles. I planned ahead and took my running gear with me to work so that I could change, and then ran around town afterwards before

I don’t know what I was going to say next, so I’ll just post some photos.
I was happy with my pace afterwards, I only took two walk breaks, but my ankle was pretty sore on Saturday.
