T25 Day 1 is complete. I took Caiden to school, came home, worked a little, showered, went to work at 11am. Worked an 8.5 hour shift on the sales floor. Got home at 7:45pm. Made some grilled cheese, had a business call with Sarah, had a business call with the team. Dumped some peroxide in Jons ear then finally got my workout started. It would have so easy to crawl into bed and called it a night…but the workout is only 25 minutes! Oh i definitely modified in places. My quads are still sore from the half marathon i ran yesterday. But it was good to get them moving. Blood flow helps muscles recover.
